What is FrontDesk?
FrontDesk Queue Management Systems (FrontDesk) is an innovative, intuitive, and easy to use software platform that redefines appointments, queue and customer flow management.
FrontDesk aims to eliminate wait times in public service offices completely, in order to improve the customer experience and employee engagement.
By reading the Getting Started guide, you will be able to make full use of the FrontDesk platform to take your customer experience to the next level. You will be familiarized with the following:
Online Bookings
We will get you started with online bookings and get you familiar with the FrontDesk platform:
- Creating a location, schedule, and associated queues/services
- Designing a reservation site with basic pre-screening questions
- Setting up SMS and/or email notifications
- Creating a reservation using the reservation site
- Checking into a reservation
Walk-Ins
Customer hasn’t made an online booking? No problem. You can handle walk-ins using our innovative queue management platform:
- Creating a location, schedule, and associated queues/services
- Constructing a service terminal layout with sub-pages
- Designing a ticket layout
- Booking an appointment on the kiosk
Employee App
Easily manage online booking and walk-ins with the FrontDesk Employee App:
- Setting up a monitor layout
- Signing into the Employee App
- Calling the customer/ticket using the FrontDesk Monitor
- Servicing the customer/ticket using the app
- Manage current and upcoming reservations
